Beijing, Sept. 4 -- The Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China is stepping up substantive cooperation in artificial intelligence (AI) with Vietnamese localities, focusing on practical needs, building stable cooperation chains and establishing regular and multi-level cooperation mechanisms.
