Hanoi, Dec. 30 -- The Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association held a ceremony in Hanoi on December 30 to mark the 50th anniversary of the establishment of the countries' diplomatic relations (1975-2025), alongside a scientific seminar reviewing achievements, challenges and future orientations of bilateral ties. Addressing the ceremony, Tran Anh Tuan, President of the association, stressed that the Vietnamese people will always remember the valuable spiritual support extended by the Nepalese people, through progressive solidarity organisations, during Vietnam's struggle for national liberation and reunification.
