Phnom Penh, March 7 -- Cambodia's Ministry of Commerce has called on the public and fuel station operators across the country to avoid hoarding fuel and to strictly follow technical safety standards in the sale and storage of petroleum products to prevent safety risks and ensure a stable supply. As reported by the Khmer Times, in a public notice issued on March 6 in Phnom Penh, the ministry said proper risk management in the buying, selling and storage of fuel is essential to protect consumers and prevent accidents that could arise from unsafe storage practices.
