Hanoi, Aug. 13 -- Standing Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Minh Vu has highlighted the role of diplomacy in safeguarding the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Fatherland over the past eight decades, as the 80th anniversary of Vietnam's diplomatic sector (August 28, 1945-2025) approaches.
