Bac Ninh, March 10 -- The northern province of Bac Ninh is emerging as a promising destination for investment in chip manufacturing, semiconductor technology and other high-tech industries, according to Chairman of the provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son. At the meeting with Andy Lin, Vice President of China-based Cooler Master on March 10, Son said the province has significant opportunities for development and is gradually forming an ecosystem for chip production, semiconductor technology and high-tech sectors.
