Sydney, Oct. 23 -- The upcoming signing ceremony of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime (Hanoi Convention) on October 25-26 marks a milestone in global cooperation against cyber threats. Vietnam is playing an increasingly prominent role in fostering international collaboration in this field, according to Australian Prof. Carl Thayer from the Australian Defence Force Academy at the University of New South Wales.
