New Delhi, Sept. 13 -- Vietnamese Prime Minister Le Minh Hung received President of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) Zou Jiayi on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS Summit in New Delhi, India, on September 12.
