Hanoi, March 19 -- 2C2P, Southeast Asia's leading full-suite payments platform, today announced that they have been engaged by M-PAY Trade and Technology Services Joint Stock Company (M-PAY) to provide technical services to Sun PhuQuoc Airways (SPA), Vietnam's first airline dedicated to the 'resort-in-the-sky' travel model.
