New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- Fashion brand Theater, deeptech startup AllSecureX and Graph AI have secured funding in separate early-stage rounds, the companies said on Thursday.

Theater

Design-led fashion brand Theater has raised Rs 75 crore ($7.8 million) in a Series A funding round led by Niveshaay, with participation from new investor Physis Capital and existing investors, including Prath Ventures. The round valued the company at Rs 410 crore post-money.

The company will use the capital to double down on offline expansion and establish a stronger physical retail footprint across tier I and II cities, where it sees strong brand pull. It will also fuel its top-of-the-funnel brand-building initiatives, including celebrity partnerships and high-impact marketing activations.

Founded in 2021 by Sarthak Aggarwal, Vikram Jain, Karan Jain, and Shruti Aggarwal, Theater offers "cruelty-free" accessories for Indian consumers, including footwear, stockings, perfumes and bags.

AllSecureX

Cybersecurity startup AllSecureX has secured an undisclosed amount from Finvolve, a multi-stage venture capital fund, along with India Accelerator (IA).

The company plans to use the capital for its "Phase 2" product development, controlled defence and space pilots, intellectual property development, engineering and business development hiring, and preparations for opportunities with iDEX and the Indian Army.

Founded in 2025 by Himanshu Vohra, AllSecureX is building a "quantum-resilient" cyber defence platform for defence, space and other mission-critical environments.

Its software-defined platform enables defence and strategic organisations to discover cryptographic assets, quantify long-term quantum risks, and orchestrate the transition to post-quantum cryptography (PQC).

Graph AI

Graph AI, developer of the Graph Safety AI-native patient safety platform, has raised $13.3 million in Series A financing led by Insight Partners, with participation from existing investor Bessemer Venture Partners. Founded in 2024, Graph AI addresses operational inefficiencies and regulatory complexity in pharmacovigilance by combining AI with deterministic controls and end-to-end audit trails.

In live deployments, the platform has reduced case processing turnaround time from over three hours to under 10 minutes-a reduction of more than 90%-while lowering operating costs by up to 66%, it claims. The software is designed to meet global regulatory requirements, including the FDA's risk-based credibility assessment framework and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act.

Since its seed round in October 2025, the company has launched two modules: /intake, for triaging adverse-event reports, and /nucleus, an automated safety database. A third module, /report, for automated aggregate reporting, will be launched this month. The company serves pharmaceutical and biotech customers across North America and global markets.

"Graph Safety gives safety experts an intelligent system that takes on operational complexity, while keeping traceability, accountability, and human oversight at the centre," said Raghav Parvataraju, CEO of Graph AI. The startup is also developing /signal, a design partnership module to surface emerging safety patterns across cases.
