
New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- Talent mobility platform TERN Group, dispute resolution firm Presolv360, skincare brand Asaya, drone startup EndureAir and several others have raised early-stage funding in separate rounds.
Meanwhile, RevRag.AI, an AI agent platform for enterprises, has acquired GenStaq.ai, a modular LLM operations and workflow orchestration startup.
TERN Group
UK-headquartered global talent mobility platform TERN Group, which has operations in India, has raised $24 million (Rs 211 crore) in Series A funding led by UK-based Notion Capital.
The round also saw participation from RTP Global, LocalGlobe, EQ2 Ventures, and Leo Capital, and existing investors, including Presight, and DST Global co-founder Tom Stafford. With this, TERN Group has till date raised $33 million.
The fresh capital raised will fuel the startup's global expansion, strengthen its AI-powered clinical workforce platform, and scale training infrastructure to prepare more Indian nurses and care workers for international careers, it said in a statement.
The company's Clinical AI Workforce system helps healthcare providers hire faster and at scale, as well as provides training to the healthcare workforce. More than 650,000 professionals across 13 countries are registered on its platform. TERN claims to train 1,000-2,000 Indian nurses annually, and holds over 25% share of the German-language training market in India.
Founded by Avinav Nigam and Krishna Ramkumar, TERN Group has scaled across India, the UK, Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and North Africa. It claims to have grown 10x in the past year, nearing Rs 200 crore in annualized revenue.
Presolv360
Online dispute resolution platform Presolv360 has raised $4.7 million in Series A funding led by Elevation Capital, with participation from existing investor MGA Ventures, and several angel investors.
The startup said the capital will be deployed towards market expansion, advancing technology and AI capabilities, and growing its team.
Founded in 2017 by Bhaven Shah, Namita Shah, and Aman Sanghavi, Presolv360 offers arbitration, mediation, and negotiation through a tech-first platform.
Asaya
Skincare brand Asaya has raised Rs 28 crore ($3.1 million) in a pre-Series A round led by consumer-focused VC fund RPSG Capital.
The round also saw participation from Dot & Key founders Suyash Saraf and Anisha Agarwal Saraf, along with OTP Ventures and Huddle Ventures.
Founded by Eeti Sharma, Mandeep Singh Bhatia, and Neeraj Biyani, Asaya offers skincare products for hyperpigmentation.
EndureAir Systems
Drone startup EndureAir Systems has raised Rs 25 crore from IAN Alpha Fund and IAN Angel Fund to strengthen drone capabilities for defense.
The investment will fuel its expansion into enterprise markets, and advance the development of high-altitude logistics and aerial robotics platforms, the startup said in a statement.
Founded in 2018 by IIT Kanpur professor Abhishek, along with his former students Rama Krishna and Chirag Jain, EndureAir assembles both hardware and software in-house. The Noida-based deep-tech startup claims eight patents in flight dynamics and autonomy.
Indigrid Technology
Indigrid Technology has raised an additional $4 million from venture fund Cactus Partners to set up a new Goa facility.
This follows a $5 million round, led by Cactus Partners, in June last year.
Founded in 2016 by Sameer Narang and Rishab Puri, Indigrid has diversified from automotive electronics systems design and manufacturing (ESDM) into EV and consumer electronics components post Cactus' initial investment.
Its clients include JP Minda, Hella, Rosenberger, Sensetek, Sandhar, IFB, Revolt, and Kinetic.
The company reported more than 60% growth in FY25 and expects revenue to grow 200% in FY26 with expanded capacity.
Aurva
Enterprise security startup Aurva has emerged from stealth with $2.2 million in seed funding led by Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from DeVC and several industry executives, including former Meta executives Chris Bream, Rahul Sood, and Karandeep Anand, Postman founders Ankit Sobti and Abhinav Asthana, and Cyware founders Akshat Jain and Anuj Goel.
The startup will use the funding to expand its security team, sales and marketing, and deepen AI observability capabilities. Its clients include Razorpay, Slice, Yubi, Paytm, and Meesho.
Founded by Apurv Garg, Krishna Bagadia, and Akash Mandal, Aurva helps enterprises monitor user access and AI observability. The startup has offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai, with global operations based in California.
Prowrrap
Delhi-based procurement platform Prowrrap has raised Rs 4 crore in a pre-Series A seed round led by Calance Software and angel investor Amit Govil.
Prowrrap provides a one-stop procurement solution for MSMEs and high-growth enterprises. It plans to raise its Series A round in the next 18-24 months.
Founded in January 2024 by brothers Sagar Saxena and Rishabh Saxena, it serves clients in tier I cities and select tier II markets, and aims to expand to 25 cities by the next fiscal year.
Timbuckdo
Timbuckdo, a social commerce platform for students, has raised $285,000 in a fresh round of funding from existing investors, including Kanu Ventures executive Nandkishore Kalambi and 2M Companies, the family office of late Morton H Meyerson.
Founded by Mythri Kumar and Apoorv Sharma Prasad, the company is expanding its marketplace, campus ambassador program, and launching AI-driven tools that connect students with part-time jobs, skill development opportunities, and discounts.
RevRag.AI - GenStaq.ai
RevRag.AI, an AI agent platform for enterprises, has acquired GenStaq.ai, a modular LLM operations and workflow orchestration startup founded in 2024 by Mayan Kansal and Shivam Kaushik, among others.
The deal will help RevRag.AI deepen infrastructure control and accelerate enterprise-grade AI agent capabilities.
Founded by Ashutosh Prakash Singh, Neeraj Gupta, and Pankaj Gupta, Bengaluru-based RevRag.AI develops multilingual AI calling agents and embedded in-app solutions for BFSI, fintech, and insurtech sectors.
Klaar Klaar, a performance management platform, has launched operations in the US and raised $5 million in a Series A funding round led by Prime Venture Partners, with participation from existing investor Shastra VC.
Based in San Francisco, the startup said the funding will fuel Klaar's US go-to-market initiatives, client onboarding, and the expansion of its India-based engineering hub. In India, the company plans to increase its engineering and AI workforce by up to 40% over the next year. Founded by Sharthok Chakraborty and Atri Roy, Klaar helps organizations strengthen performance management through AI-powered, predictive, and unbiased feedback.
