New Delhi, Aug. 26 -- Enterprise AI company Ringg AI, AI agent platform Runable, and dog care platform Scooby's Club have raised fresh funding to expand their AI capabilities, operations, and market presence.

Ringg AI

Bengaluru-based enterprise AI company Ringg AI has extended its Series A funding round to $15 million (around Rs 143 crore). The extension was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Arkam Ventures and Capital 2B.

Founded in 2023 by Siddharth Tripathi, Kali Charan Vemuru and Utkarsh Shukla, Ringg builds AI agents across voice, WhatsApp and browser interfaces to automate customer conversations and downstream business workflows. Its AI agents are deployed by enterprises, including Policybazaar, CRED, Flipkart, Groww, Practo and Tabby across sectors such as banking, fintech, healthcare and marketplaces.

The fresh capital will be used to strengthen Ringg's AI platform, expand its voice, WhatsApp and browser agents, invest in proprietary AI models and its context graph, and accelerate enterprise expansion in India and overseas markets.

Ringg said its context graph creates shared memory across customer conversations, business rules, workflows and enterprise systems, allowing agents to move tasks across channels and applications while retaining context when human teams take over.

The company also plans to expand its proprietary speech-to-text model Parrot and develop small language models. These solutions will be offered through cloud and on-premises deployments across India, the GCC, the US and Europe.

Runable

Runable, an AI agent platform for small businesses, has raised $21 million in a Series A round co-led by Susquehanna Venture Capital and Nexus Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Together Fund and Array VC.

Founded in 2025 by Umesh Kumar and Saksham Sarda, Runable offers a single AI agent that helps users build, run and grow businesses. It covers tasks such as building websites and apps, market analysis, marketing, customer support, SEO and paid campaigns.

The company said it reached $2 million in ARR within three weeks of launch and now has 1.5 million users, largely small business owners across the US, the UK, Japan and Brazil.

Runable will use the fresh capital to expand its growth capabilities across more channels, improve campaign measurement and enable its AI agent to initiate campaign fixes, while also scaling Runable Academy, a free module aimed at helping business owners learn how to build and grow their businesses.

The company also plans to hire across engineering, machine learning, product, growth and support. Runable said its users typically operate two-person businesses such as agencies, consultancies and cleaning companies.

Scooby's Club

Bengaluru-based premium dog care platform Scooby's Club has raised $250,000 in a pre-seed round led by TDV Partners. With this capital, it will add two properties across Bengaluru over the next 6-12 months and expand its team.

Founded in 2025 by Animeha Singh and Ankit Gupta, the company is building neighbourhood dog care hubs offering daycare, boarding and spa services, with a focus on free roam spaces and canine behaviour science.

The company currently operates in Bengaluru and plans to build a network of 100 properties across major Indian cities.
