
New Delhi, Aug. 7 -- Women's fashion brand Outzidr, industrial automation firm RBH Solutions, spacetech startup Xovian, home appliance maker Nuuk, mango exporter MangoPoint, and AI-powered skilling platform NPrep have raised funding in early-stage rounds, the companies said on Thursday.
Outzidr
Outzidr, a fashion brand for Gen Z, has raised Rs 27 crore (about $3.1 million) in a pre-Series A round led by RTP Global, with participation from existing investor Stellaris Venture Partners.
The firm said the funding will enable the launch of its first exclusive offline store by March 2026 and fuel the expansion of its design, operations, and technology teams.
Founded in 2024 by Nirmal Jain, Mani Kant Mani, and Justin Mario, Outzidr was launched in February this year, and operates out of Bengaluru and Gurugram. It is a digital-first fashion brand, offering westernwear for Indian women aged 18-28 years for occasions like brunches, date nights, and music gigs.
RBH Solutions
Startup investment platform BizDateUp has acquired a 7.14% equity stake in RBH Solutions Pvt Ltd, an industrial automation company. The terms of the investment were not disclosed.
Headquartered in Patiala, RBH Solutions provides infrastructure automation through its no-code analytics platform and gateway solutions, which enable real-time monitoring, control, and predictive maintenance across sectors like power utilities, railways, and smart infrastructure. The company claims over 6,500 installed gateways and 650-plus analytics deployments, with clients like NTPC, PGCIL, and BHEL.
The company said it will use the funds to expand its SaaS product suite, complete its distribution management system (DMS) platform, build an international partner network, and develop digital twin tools for renewable energy management.
Xovian Aerospace
Bengaluru-based spacetech startup Xovian Aerospace has raised $2.5 million (Rs 21.8 crore) in a pre-seed funding round led by Piper Serica and Turbostart. The round also saw participation from Inflection Point Ventures (IPV) and Eaglewings Ventures.
The company said the funding will fuel the launch of its multi-frequency RF payload aboard an ISRO launch vehicle, which will be followed by the development and deployment of a nanosatellite. The startup is also planning a pilot launch and data trials in 2026, as well as expanding its engineering team.
Founded in 2019 by Ankit Bhateja and Raghav Sharma, Xovian Aerospace is developing space-based RF intelligence platforms to capture and decode signals for applications in defense, disaster response, aviation, maritime, climate resilience, and BFSI.
Nuuk
Home appliance brand Nuuk has raised over $2 million in fresh funding from its existing investors Vertex Ventures SEA and Good Capital, just six months after its Series A round in February.
With the fresh infusion, Nuuk's total funding has crossed $10 million.
The startup said the capital will be strategically deployed across brand building, product development, and expansion of its domestically-built supply chain.
Founded in March 2024, Nuuk is a direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, targeting millennials and Gen Z consumers. It offers appliances for multiple use cases like food preparation, garment care, vacuum cleaners, and cooling.
MangoPoint
MangoPoint, an exporter of fresh mangoes, has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round led by angel investing platform Inflection Point Ventures, with participation from The Chennai Angels, Native Angel Network, Keiretsu Forum India, Fondation Botnar, IIM-CAN, Metis Family Office, and JITO Incubation and Innovation Foundation (JIIF).
The startup plans to use the funds to strengthen its infrastructure, expand to new markets, bolster the backend, and enhance the product portfolio, including value-added mango ingredients for food, pharma, and cosmetics.
Founded in 2018 by Manjula Gandhi Rooban and Prasanna Venkatarathnam, MangoPoint supplies single-origin, chemical-free mangoes and derivatives to North America and Europe.
NPrep NPrep, which is building an AI-powered skilling platform for nursing students and professionals, has raised an undisclosed amount in a pre-seed funding round led by All In Capital. The round also saw participation from IIMA Ventures, Chegg's founder Aayush Phumbhra, and several family offices and angel investors.
NPrep said it will use the capital to expand its course offerings, strengthen and build its AI-driven learning platform, and deepen placement partnerships with hospitals and healthcare institutions across India. It also plans to invest in building regional language support for students from tier II and III cities.
Founded by AIIMS Jodhpur alumni Prince Kaushik, Utkarsh Paliwal, and Gourav along with AI/ML expert Shrey Gupta, NPrep aims to address the lack of quality nursing education and structured career pathways in India via its platform that evaluates each student's strengths and weaknesses to deliver over 1,300 hours of highly personalized, adaptive learning.
