New Delhi, Oct. 6 -- Workplace platform CurvetAI, beverage brand Sober & Co, refurbished-electronics platform ReFit Global and several other startups have snagged early-stage funding from venture-capital firms, individual investors, family offices and others.

Meanwhile, Peak XV-backed Hoola Health has acquired child-development startup UpTodd for an undisclosed sum.

CurvetAI

CurvetAI has raised Rs 6 crore (around $620,000) in a pre-seed round led by Merak Ventures along with a group of individual investors. The company offers a platform that brings together various AI models and thus helps automate workflows.

With the fresh funding, CurvetAI aims to bolster its technology infrastructure, expand the team and develop its agent-based capabilities.

Founded in December 2025 by Vivek Dubey and Utkarsh Gupta, CurvetAI offers a workspace that has more than 100,000 monthly users globally, with India and the United States as its largest markets.

Sober & Co

Sober & Co has raised Rs 75 lakh (around $78,000) in a round led by Sunaina Bhattacharya and Anuj Dhariwal, representing a syndicate of seven individual investors called New Ground Collective. The round values the company at Rs 10 crore.

The startup plans to primarily deploy capital toward inventory and manufacturing capacity, quick-commerce advertising and team expansion.

Founded by Sunaina Bhattacharya and Sharaan Kriplani, Sober & Co makes zero-sugar mixers sweetened with monk fruit and has built an omnichannel presence across brick-and-mortar stores, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants and cafes), Blinkit and direct-to-consumer (D2C) channels.

ReFit Global

ReFit Global, a refurbished electronics platform, has raised $1 million (around Rs 9.6 crore) in a funding round from a UAE-based family office. This funding will also support ReFit Global's international expansion by facilitating access to potential partners, customers and business opportunities across the Gulf and African markets.

The round was exclusively advised by Bestvantage Investments.

The capital will be deployed to expand its retail footprint, strengthen refurbishment capabilities, invest in technology infrastructure and build an integrated omnichannel platform.

Founded by Saket Saurav and Avneet Singh, ReFit Global is an India-focussed refurbished electronics platform operating across refurbishment, distribution, retail and related-consumer channels. The company has built a network comprising more than 75 distributors, 2,000-plus wholesalers and over 50,000 outlets.

SuperMush

Health and wellness-focussed investment firm NDude Labs has led a $3 million (around Rs 29 crore) Series A round in US-based wellness startup SuperMush to support its product expansion, deepen investment in formulations, and strengthen the team and infrastructure.

Founded in 2022 by Alli Schaper and Brian Friedman, SuperMush is a supplements brand with an omnichannel presence. Its product lineup includes Shilajit, Creatine and Lion's Mane gummies.

CureMeAbroad

CureMeAbroad, a healthcare platform helping patients discover, verify and book treatment with hospitals abroad, has wrapped up its pre-seed round with $1.1 million (around Rs 10.6 crore), led by healthcare-focussed venture capital fund SteerX Ventures, with participation from existing investor AIRA.

With the fresh funding, CureMeAbroad plans to expand across international patient source markets, grow its hospital network and further develop its technology platform.

Founded in 2025 by Aditya Oza and Mikhail Bohra, CureMeAbroad aims to enable patients discover and compare hospitals, verify providers against JCI or equivalent national accreditation, receive treatment estimates, book care and access support throughout their treatment journey. The company currently supports more than 22,500 monthly visitors and has built a hospital network spanning six countries.

Lorazzo

Kitchen and bathroom brand Lorazzo has raised Rs 15 crore (around $1.6 million) in a funding round led by Sauce with follow-on investment from Sprout Venture Partners and participation from Panthera Peak and Alteria Capital.

The company said it will use the funds to expand its product portfolio, invest in product development, build its team, and strengthen its offline and online channels and enhance its local presence across more Indian states.

Founded in 2024 by Jatin Luthra and Saurabh Gupta, Lorazzo's product range includes an Intelli Smart Commode - a cleansing WC with a heated seat, electronically-operated bidets, air dryer, ambient lighting and digital temperature control.

IndigoTex

IAN Angel Fund, the evergreen fund of IAN Group, has led a Rs 5 crore (around $520,000) funding round in IndigoTex, a waterless wool-finishing technology startup commercialising wool and wool blended denim and other fabrics. The round saw participation from SIDBI, FITT and IIT Delhi Angels.

The company plans to deploy the funding towards manufacturing and factory setup, expansion of the sales and operations team, commercialisation of IndiWool Denim and washable wool/poly-wool fabrics, further R&D and product development, certifications required for domestic and international markets as well as build for scale.

Founded in 2024 by Satendra Singh, BS Butola, and Dilip Singh, IndigoTex is focussed on export-oriented textile products and technologies.

Hoola Health

Hoola Health, a paediatric healthcare company, has acquired early child-development platform UpTodd and unveiled a paediatrician-led programme called Hoola 1000.

UpTodd offers personalised, milestone-driven programmes across child development, nutrition and parenting guidance. It claims to have engaged more than 100,000 families and built a base of over 10,000 paying customers.

Meanwhile, Hoola Health was founded in 2024 by Deeksha Senguttuvan. Hoola Health (formerly BabyMD) is a paediatric healthcare platform building a network of over 10 neighbourhood clinics in Bengaluru. It is backed by Peak XV Partners and W Health Ventures.
