India, Aug. 30 -- Within six weeks of the agreement signed between India and Russia on various defgence and aerospace programmes, comes an agreement between Israel and India, signed at Tel Aviv on 16 July 2001, under which the state owned Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) will transfer technology know how for co-production of various systems by state owned HAL.
