Patients, Attendants Allege Unfair Parking Charges at Trauma Hospital Kangan
, May 15 -- KANGAN: Patients and attendants visiting Trauma Hospital Kangan have expressed resentment over what they describe as unfair parking charges being collected even for brief drop-offs and pick-ups inside the hospital premises.
Locals said the parking system should be based on the duration of stay rather than a fixed charge for every vehicle entering the premises. They argued that many attendants, especially those bringing sick patients during emergencies, leave immediately after dropping them and should not be charged the full parking fee.
Some attendants also alleged non-cooperation by parking staff and appealed to the hospital administration and concerned authorities to review the parking policy to ensure relief for patients ...
