Today, U.S. Senator Todd Young (R-Ind.) announced a number of staff transitions.
Lauren O'Brien will replace John Connell as his new Chief of Staff. Connell had served in the role since Young entered Congress in 2011 and recently left for the private sector.
O'Brien has served as Young's Legislative Director since April 2020, played a central role in shaping the Senator's legislative strategy, and developed critical relationships with Hoosier officials and stakeholders. Prior to joining Young's office, she held roles in the private sector and the U.S. House of Representatives. O'Brien is a graduate of Saint Mary's College in South Bend.
