BILLINGS - A trio of Yellowstone County residents who were dealing fentanyl were sentenced to prison this week, Acting U.S. AttorneyMark Steger Smithsaid.
Heather Ostler, 39, who pleaded guilty in March 2026to one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, was sentenced Thursdayto five months prison, followed by 4 years of supervised release.
Louis Lester Parker, 36, who pleaded guilty in April 2026to one count of possession with intent to distribute fentanyl, was sentenced Thursdayto two years and eight months in prison, followed by four years of supervised release.
