MACOMB, IL - - Western Illinois University has established the Office of Strategy and Institutional Effectiveness (OSIE), bringing together institutional strategy, research and data, accreditation, assessment, external accountability and institutional effectiveness. Amy Patrick Mossman, Ph.D., has been named executive director.
Reporting directly to the president, Mossman will lead University-wide strategic planning, accreditation, institutional effectiveness and external accountability efforts; support institutional assessment and continuous improvement; and provide policy analysis and decision support on institutional priorities.
