ALBUQUERQUE - A Window Rock man pleaded guilty to assaulting and seriously injuring a man by stabbing him.
According to court documents, on June 17, 2025, Jacoby Edo Begay, 25, and enrolled member of the Navajo Nation, stabbed John Doe in the chest with a knife, causing serious bodily harm.
Begay pleaded guilty to assault resulting in serious bodily injury.At sentencingBegay faces up to 10 years in prison.
