U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse, the top Democrat on the Senate Environment and Public Works Committee, today cheered a ruling by a Washington, D.C. federal court that blocked the Trump Administration's second attempt at stopping construction of Orsted's Revolution Wind Project. Construction can now resume on the offshore wind farm, which is nearly complete and contracted to deliver much-needed affordable electricity to Rhode Islanders this year.
