U.S. Senator Peter Welch (D-Vt.) tonight spoke on the Senate floor to condemn President Trump's reckless war of regime change in the Middle East. In his remarks, Senator Welch urged Congress to reassert its constitutional authority and pass the bipartisan War Powers Resolution, led by Sens. Tim Kaine (D-Va.) and Rand Paul (R-Ky.), to stop President Trump's unconstitutional use of U.S. Armed Forces in hostilities in Iran.
