Today, U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-25) joined Feeding South Florida for the unveiling of a Mobile Emergency Response Kitchen.
The Emergency Response Kitchen was funded in part by $2 million in federal funds secured by Wasserman Schultz in FY23 federal funding bills. Another estimated $1-1.5 million was spent to complete the project.
"Federal nutritional aid and school lunches are being cut.
