Discovery (Warner Bros.), and whether political influence with the Trump administration helped Paramount Skydance (Paramount) win instead. Bondi and Wiles reportedly met with Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos hours before the company dropped its bid, and President Trump reportedly favored Paramount to buy Warner Bros.
