Today, U.S. Sen. Mark R. Warner (D-VA) joined Sen. Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) and Representatives Kweisi Mfume (D-MD), Greg Landsman (D-OH), and Don Beyer (D-VA), along with their colleagues, to call on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Chair Andrea Lucas to rescind their proposed rule to eliminate protections and strip federal employees of critical civil rights in discrimination complaints.
