Congressman Eugene Vindman (Va.-07) today celebrated that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has awarded $405,990 to Caroline County, $10,515 to Orange County and $263,534 to the City of Fredericksburg. These funds will support local Head Start programs, which provides early childhood education, nutrition, and family support services to low-income families.
