Further, the description states, “The City of Vienna is looking for a company to manage 2 hay field sites that are a part of our wastewater treatment system. One site contains 140 acres, and the other contains 261 acres of irrigated hay fields. Management company should have equipment and knowledge to improve sites for maximum yields and quality commensurate with the needs and requirements of the EPD.
