Following reporting from the New York Times yesterday that a U.S. Embassy official, David Milstein, and Ambassador Mike Huckabee have obstructed congressional inquiries into the killings of American citizens in the West Bank, U.S. Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-Md.), a member of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, is calling on the Committee's Chairman, Senator Jim Risch (R-Idaho) to hold hearings on this matter. According to the New York Times reporting, embassy official David Milstein, a political appointee, altered the contents of a report requested by Senator Van Hollen and 30 of his Senate colleagues into the deaths of American citizens in the West Bank. ...
