U.S. Representative Beth Van Duyne (R-TX-24), U.S. Representative Pat Fallon (R-TX-04), U.S. Representative Ronny Jackson (R-TX-13), and U.S. Representative Brandon Gill (R-TX-26) sent a letter to urge Vice President Vance, Secretary Rubio, Acting Secretary Sonderling, and Secretary Mullin to "conduct a coordinated, interagency investigation into reported H-1B fraud activities in North Texas".
