Steen Stovall will discuss the basics of starting a business during a Wyoming Small
Business Development Center (SBDC) Network workshop titled "Start and Fund Your Own
Business" Thursday, Aug. 13, from 5:30-7 p.m. at the Converse County Library, located
at 300 Walnut St. in Douglas. The workshop will take place in the conference room.
