Small-business owners, entrepreneurs and startups will have an opportunity to learn
how to understand the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III and its impact on contracting
opportunities Friday, Aug. 21.
The subject will be discussed during a Wyoming APEX Accelerator webinar titled "DPA
Title III: Government Contracting and Funding Opportunities" from 10-11 a.m. To register,
