ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,486,147, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to White's Welding LLC (Woodward, Okla.).

"Apparatus for winding and pulling a rope line at constant speed" was invented by Robert John Princess (Woodward, Okla.) and Russell Thompson (Woodward, Okla.).
