ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,642,417, issued on June 2, was assigned to Whirlpool Corp. (Benton Harbor, Mich.).

"Dish treating appliance with a sprayer" was invented by Mark S. Feddema (Kalamazoo, Mich.) and Philip J. Czarnecki (Saugatuck, Mich.).
