"Interactive conversational symptom checker" was invented by Phani Ram Sayapaneni (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Navin Naidu (Dublin, Calif.), Venkata Naga Vamsi Krishna Nandanavanam (Newark, Calif.) and Shankara Bhargava (Santa Clara, Calif.).
