ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,565,562, issued on March 3, was assigned to Wacker Chemie AG (Munich).

"Silane terminated polyether emulsions for coating applications" was invented by Andrew Pearson (Adrian, Mich.), Amanda Andrews (Petersburg, Mich.) and Toby Vick (Toledo, Ohio).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Silane-terminated polyether emulsions (STP-E emulsions) comprising a cyclohexylamino alkoxysilane catalyst may be formulated as storage stable 1K compositions. The STP-E emulsions are especially useful in coating applications."

The patent was filed on Dec. 11, 2019, under Application No. 17/774,867.
