ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,444, issued on April 7, was assigned to VEST AERO TECH AS (Kristiansund N, Norway).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Mobile fire-fighting assembly suitable for movement with an aircraft, wherein the mobile fire-fighting assembly comprises a fire extinguisher unit and water supply unit detachably arranged to each other by means of a suitable connection assembly enabling movement of the fire extinguisher unit and water supply unit together as one unit and separately."
