ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,558,393, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to VDF FutureCeuticals Inc. (Momence, Ill.).
"Compositions and methods of BDNF activation" was invented by Zbigniew Pietrzkowski (Momence, Ill.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Compositions and methods are presented that substantially increase levels of BDNF in blood, and even more pronouncedly exosomal BDNF levels. Suitable compositions include whole coffee fruit extracts and powders that are orally administered at relatively low dosages."
