According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A wind measurement apparatus comprises: cover and base portions arranged to allow for airflow therebetween; N receivers on the cover portion; a transmitter on the cover portion at a substantially equal distance from each of the N receivers; and a reflector assembly on the base portion.
