ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,630,584, issued on May 19, was assigned to University of Washington (Seattle) and Children's Medical Center Corp. (Boston).
"Computational design of alpha(v) beta (6) integrin binding proteins" was invented by Anindya Roy (Seattle), Lei Shi (Seattle), Xianchi Dong (Boston), Jing Li (Boston), Timothy Springer (Boston) and David Baker (Seattle).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Alpha(v) beta (6) integrin (avb6) binding polypeptides are disclosed herein, and their use in treating and detecting tumors, and their use in treating pulmonary fibrosis."
