ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,582,325, issued on March 24, was assigned to UNIVERSITY OF MARYLAND, COLLEGE PARK (College Park, Md.) and NORTH CAROLINA STATE UNIVERSITY (Raleigh, N.C.).
