ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 19 -- United States Patent no. 12,633,638, issued on May 19, was assigned to University of Central Florida Research Foundation Inc. (Orlando, Fla.).

"Dual microstructured electrodes for radio-frequency waveguide engineering" was invented by Joseph Haefner (Orlando, Fla.) and Sasan Fathpour (Winter Park, Fla.).
