"Publishing a disparate per-client live media output stream based on dynamic insertion of targeted non-programming content and customized programming content" was invented by Donald Jude Loheide (Mableton, Ga.), Nishith Kumar Sinha (Mableton, Ga.) and Nicolas Paul Webb (McDonough, Ga.).
