ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,549,039, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to TOYOTA MOTOR NORTH AMERIC INC. (Plano, Texas).

"Wirelessly notifying a transport to provide a portion of energy" was invented by Norman Lu (Fairview, Texas).
