ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,319, issued on April 7, was assigned to TOYO TIRE Corp. (Itami, Japan).
"Rubber composition and pneumatic tire using same" was invented by Hironori Miyazaki (Itami, Japan).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Provided is a rubber composition having excellent breaking strength. The rubber composition contains an inverse vulcanizate containing 10 mass % or more of carbon atoms and 30 mass % or more of sulfur atoms."
The patent was filed on March 8, 2023, under Application No. 18/119,087.
