ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,660,875, issued on June 23, was assigned to Totali EZ Balloons LLC (Scottsdale, Ariz.).
"Balloon garland assembly and balloon assemblies therefor" was invented by Erik Josephs (Scottsdale, Ariz.) and Craig Ovans (Chandler, Ariz.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A balloon assembly includes a balloon having a body, a port having only a single inlet for passage of gas into the body of the balloon, and a valve assembly including an upper valve body and a separate lower valve body cooperating to define an interior.
