ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,358,865, issued on July 15, was assigned to Tokyo University of Science Foundation (Tokyo).

"Compound, carbon dioxide absorption/release agent, carbon dioxide collection method, and carbon dioxide collection apparatus" was invented by Tatsushi Imahori (Tokyo) and Ryo Motoyama (Tokyo).
