US Patent Issued to The University of Tokyo on May 26 for "Sensor element, and sensor device" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 26 -- United States Patent no. 12,638,335, issued on May 26, was assigned to The University of Tokyo (Tokyo).

"Sensor element, and sensor device" was invented by Satoru Nakatsuji (Tokyo), Ryota Uesugi (Tokyo) and Tomoya Higo (Tokyo).
