ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,661,435, issued on June 23, was assigned to THE UNIVERSITY OF TOKYO (Tokyo).

"Medical instrument" was invented by Yuki Akagi (Tokyo), Yasutaka Anraku (Tokyo), Ichiro Sakuma (Tokyo) and Hayato Laurence Mizuno (Tokyo).
