ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,678,411, issued on July 14, was assigned to THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AS REPRESENTED BY THE DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (Washington) and The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (Urbana, Ill.).
