ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,577,726, issued on March 17, was assigned to The Regents of the University of California (Oakland, Calif.).
"Vesicle-coated fibers and methods of making and using" was invented by Anand Bala Subramaniam (Merced, Calif.), Joseph Pazzi (Merced, Calif.) and Vaishnavi Girish (Merced, Calif.).
