ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,545,841, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to The Government of the United States, represented by the Secretary of the Army (Washington).

"Fuel endothermic reaction to cool a load" was invented by Michael Seibert (Bel Air, Md.), Richard Scenna (Baltimore) and Terry DuBois (Forest Hill, Md.).
